Who does QUESTA share your personal data with?
Questa uses external service providers (including IT service providers, hosting, website management for www.questaforensics.com, and social media providers). We disclose data to our providers only after concluding appropriate cooperation agreements, which also regulate issues related to the disclosure of personal data (data processing entrustment).
With regard to social media, due to the specific nature of individual social media platforms, information about our followers, likes, comment content, public messages, posts, and other information provided by Users is public, in accordance with the regulations of the relevant platforms. Questa does not publish any information about Users as part of its own activities.
As a general rule, we do not disclose User data to other Users or entities except as described above. However, it is possible that Questa will be required to disclose certain information under applicable law, e.g., to law enforcement agencies, state authorities, or supervisory authorities. In such a case, only the data that Questa is legally obligated to disclose will be disclosed.
How long does Questa store your personal data?

Where does Questa get your data?
We receive your personal data from you when concluding a contract with the entity you represent or when fulfilling an order. We process your personal data to take steps prior to entering into a contract or to provide our services under a contract, i.e., pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
